- Provides duplication and distribution of marketing material to advertise and promote installation Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) program special events, new programs, and recurring programs and services to approved on and off-post locations.
- Updates and changes advertising and promotional materials on a recurring basis. Operates Marketing Poster and Banner maker and reproduces banners and posters from supplied originals. Assists as directed to support the annual calendar of MWR events.
**Requirements**:
**Conditions of Employment**:
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- In consideration of COVID-19, personnel within this area routinely wear personal protective equipment (cloth face coverings, latex gloves, and face shields) while performing their regular duties.
- Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- A valid State Drivers License.
**Qualifications**:
- Work experience performing the following duties: filing documents, organizing electronic and hard copy files, scheduling appointments, answering telephones, submitting time & attendance, requesting supplies as needed, performing inventory on current supplies etc.
