- Project Management Office Trainee (m/w/d)

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Du unterstützt dein Team als Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du begleitest Stück für Stück die gesamte Projektsteuerung-von der Initialisierung bis zur Abrechnung
- Du dokumentierst Projektfortschritte sowie die damit verbundene Leistungserfassung
- Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in die Abwicklung komplexer Rahmenverträge und Beratungsprojekte
- Du bist eingebunden in unser exklusives 12-monatiges Programm für PMO-Trainees, mit dem Ziel, PMO Assistant (m/w/d) zu werden
- Du wirst außerdem intensiv durch die ]init[-Academy mit Weiterbildungen und Workshops begleitet

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:

- Du hast gerade deine Berufsausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich abgeschlossen oder bringst eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit
- Dein Team ist dir wichtig, denn du lebst den Team Gedanken
- Du besitzt eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, viel Engagement sowie ein hohes Maß an Serviceorientierung
- Du fühlst dich wohl bei der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern und Kolleg:innen
- Mit MS Office kennst du dich besonders gut aus
