- You support us in process analysis to identify bottlenecks and potential for improvement
- You will be involved in defining, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators
- In your role, you will contribute to conducting root cause analyses in order to develop preventative solutions
- You organize and accompany employee training sessions

**Qualifications**
- You are studying a relevant field such as engineering, industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
- You have a basic technical understanding
- You are characterized by analytical thinking and the ability to recognize complex problems and develop effective solutions
- Strong communication skills, team spirit and a very good command of German and English round off your profile
- You are adept at using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
