**LIMS Administrator (M/F/d)***:
Situated within the Pharma
- and Biotechnology department at the NMI, our department develops innovative screening methods for biomarker discovery and infectious disease research. We are in the process of establishing a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and are currently looking for an administrator of our LIMS. By digitalizing established laboratory processes, we will improve management and traceability of data for our validated workflows within regulated environments (GxP and ISO/IEC 17025) and our large screening projects upwards of 10,000 biological samples. You will be working in a dynamic environment at the intersection between data and the laboratory, where you will be able to contribute with your own ideas and solutions to establish and improve data flow processes.

**Your tasks**:

- Configuration and administration of the LIMS to meet the NMI's data management requirements in coordination with an internal team and external project partners
- Digitalisation of established laboratory processes
- Coordinate with internal experts for regulated processes to ensure compliance of the established processes with GxP and ISO/IEC 17025 regulations

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor or Master of Science in bioinformatics or in the life science field with a strong interest in informatics
- Experience in computer systems validation
- Experience in JavaScript/TypeScript programming is a bonus
- Experience in working under regulated environments is a bonus (GxP and ISO/IEC 17025 certified)
- Well-structured way of working and documentation of performed work
- Solution-oriented way of thinking
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
