**DEIN PROFIL**
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Erste Erfahrung in einer B2C Organisation, wo man sich schon als Allrounder beweisen konnte
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, flexibel, hands-on, lösungsorientiert und selbständige Arbeitsweise, bereichsübergreifendes Mindset
- Kommunikationsstark: Deutsch/Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft uneingeschränkt, bis zu 3-4 mal im Monat möglich
- Ein selbstbewusstes und freundliches Auftreten, sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab

**SPANNENDE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH**
- Unterstützung des Head of Retails u.a. bei Personalplanung,Budgets und der allgemeinen Verwaltung unserer deutschlandweiten Stores
- Unterstützung bei Vorbereitung von Store Eröffnungen und Events
- Kommunikation mit Partnerfirmen und Organisationen
- Berichtet direkt an den Head of Retail
- Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Kennzahlen und Reportings
- Vorbereitung von Unterlagen und Präsentationen, auch auf Englisch
- Zusammenarbeit und u.a. auch Reporting an unser HQ in Taiwan
- Allgemeine Assistenz Aufgaben (Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Meetings, Reise
- und Terminplanung, etc.)
