We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Information Security team as an Information Security Working Student. This entry-level role is specifically designed for students who are passionate about information security and eager to develop their skills while pursuing their education. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in conducting penetration tests and contribute to real-world security assessments.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Participate in the analysis of vulnerability scan results and assist in identifying and prioritizing vulnerabilities based on their severity and potential impact
- Collaborate with team members to document and report the findings of penetration tests and vulnerability assessments, including recommended remediation actions and mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on the latest security threats, attack vectors, and emerging technologies in the field of information security
- Contribute to research efforts and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall security posture of our organization

**What you need to be successful**:

- Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college program, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in the field of information security through coursework, projects, or personal projects. Familiarity with common security concepts, such as encryption, authentication, and access control, is a plus
- Understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, JavaScript). Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- High level of ethical standards and respect for confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and data
- Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and methodologies and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
