What can you expect?
- Key role in the implementation of the business management structure in Aenova
- Lead the Aenova Business Management teams in one of the business units and build up a dedicated team
- Manage and improve client relationships for all commercial manufacturing clients
- Perform key tasks in the Relationship Management, New business development, Project Cost and Price Definition, Commercial Proposals, Technology Transfer and Supply Agreements, Financial and Business Modelling, GMP & Health & Safety
- Collaborate with Business Development in managing new business opportunities
- Act as an interface between the production sites and commercial Sales

What should you bring?
- Relevant Degree with demonstrable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the Finished Product operational environment
- Client-facing experience
- Strong organisational abilities
- Dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active approach to taking on challenging assignments
- Strong project ownership ethic with a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work within and deliver critical timelines
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and the self-confidence to use these skills to convince others to buy-into proposals and plans
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- High willingness to travel within Aenova's European site network
