Reiwa is a transformation program to build the new enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for Hitachi Energy. It is a strategic, global and highly complex business transformation program to design and implement a harmonized core and common business processes, enabled by a scalable and flexible state-of-the-art ERP-solution across Hitachi Energy.

Therefore, we are looking for a highly motivated student who support us in our ongoing projects. We offer an internship or a working student opportunity up to 1 year and with the option to work 100%.

**Your responsibilities**
- You prepare presentations for management
- You prepare performance dashboards to report statuses and progress for continuous improvement actions (PowerBI and SharePoint)
- You coordinate logistics, including booking meetings, rooms and equipment, work-shop organization and facilitation
- You document the processes, taking minutes of meetings, and maintain of document repository
- You follow up on action items with various teams in for the training team
- You support the Reiwa training team on general administration activities related to daily operational and long term strategic missions

**Your background**
- Completed your studies in an area like Business Administration, Economy, Marketing or Communication
- Service-oriented, proactive and structured mindset
- Excellent communication skills, a self-driven work style as well as a collaborator and team player with a solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge in MS Office and IT skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, etc.)
