Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Erstellung von Trainingsmaterial für interne Schulungen
- Erstellung von Videomaterial für den Produktionsbereich
- Ausarbeitung von Inhalten für abteilungsinterne Intranet-Seiten
- Unterstützung beim Aufbau eines physischen Trainingsraums
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der 5S-Methodik
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
- Du hast Spaß in einem internationalem Team zu arbeiten
- Du bringst Eigeninitiative mit und bist bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Du möchtest etwas neues lernen und bist anpassungsfähig
- Du hast Lust an (Trainings-)Prozessen der Abteilung aktiv mitzuwirken
- Du bist eingeschriebener Vollzeitstudent (d/m/w) idealerweise in einer technischen Studienrichtung
- Deine Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse sind fließend
- Du bist Teamplayer, verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und bist in der Lage, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Wünschenswert wäre Interesse am Erstellen von Medien zum Beispiel in Form von Videobearbeitung
