**Head of PPA Portfolio Management EMEA (d/f/m)**

What You Will Do
- Build up and manage a portfolio of onsite PPA projects across Europe, including overseeing the planning, development, financing, and execution of these projects.
- Lead a team with currently one PPA Business Analyst, reporting directly to the Management Board.
- Work with cross-functional teams, especially Project Management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor PPA specific project risks and issues, as well as develop and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers and investors.
- Lead the development of project financing and structuring plans, including negotiating terms with investors - in close collaboration with headquarters Corporate Finance and Project Finance department.
- Manage investor relations, including regular communication, reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Lead regular project status meetings and provide regular updates to senior management. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in project structuring, equity, debt or project financing.
- Knowledge of on-site PPA projects and their development process.
- Experience in renewable energy or power projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Experience building relationships with investors and developing financing vehicles.
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of additional languages (Italian, Spanish, German) is a plus.
