Global Industrial Sector Leader

**Your mission**:

- Build, hire and lead a team of industry sector managers in alignment with the Brüel & Kjær Vibro sector approach
- Closely collaborate with the Managing Director Strategy in driving the development and implementation of the global sector strategy playbook to support annual growth targets
- Ensure that sector strategies align with the overall vision and mission of the company
- Closely collaborate with the Managing Director Global Sales in setting global and regional sector order entry and revenue targets
- Monitor sector strategy execution (Plan-Do-Check-Act) and provide monthly/quarterly reports on sector strategy progress and sector order entry and revenue vs targets
- Manage the overall alignment of the sector strategies with Product Management, R&D and Services to ensure sector solution requirements are adequately reflected in product roadmaps and service offerings
- Liaise with Marketing Communications team and provide thought leadership on how to develop and promote messaging for individual sectors
- Promote high performance and consistent accountability at all levels. Set annual targets for the sector managers and monitor delivery against targets
- Act as coach to sector managers to ensure consistent approach on how to develop individual sectors
- Liaise with NSK sector management to ensure alignment of the sector strategies of both companies
- Maintain a strong network within both Brüel & Kjær Vibro and NSK

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Engineering (management coursework and/or MBA is considered a plus) with 6 - 10 years of position-related experience (Business Development, Sales or Product Management) in a related industry
- Fluent english speaking and writing skills - a second european language would also be an advantage but is not essential
- Proven ability to build and lead teams
- Proven ability to develop and execute a long-term strategic business plan
- Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making process
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
- Good business acumen, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn about markets, legislation, trends, competitors etc.
