- Solving electrical and electronic problems during the industrial phase in vehicle plants for electronic control units.
- Inspect incoming parts to specification and release for various build phases with plant quality team.
- Resolve assembly difficulties and raise issues with engineering and suppliers to ensure continuous production process
- Follow vehicles through final build phase on assembly line and analyse defects from different vehicle runs
- Drive solution for electronic fault codes in ECU together with global engineering teams
- Analyse functional vehicle faults and industrial process faults
- Ensure correct software controller versions for different vehicle configurations and build phases
- Track issues through regular quality meetings and monitoring in PLM system
- Coordinate controller software reflash to required version with production team and component suppliers.
**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of technical vocational training or specialised training as a technician/master in the field of automotive electrics/electronics or mechatronics or similar qualification.
- Basic knowledge of automotive E/E topology and architecture
- Confident use of MS Office and Excel
- Willingness to travel on long business trips
- Ability to coordinate activities
- Problem solving, teamwork, creativity, ability to work independently and good communication skills
- Fluent English and German in word and writing
