**Deine Mission während unseres Fluges**:
Als Avioniker / Avionikerin wirst du Teil unseres hochmotivierten, multidisziplinären Endmontageteams sein. Deine Aufgabe ist es, an unseren VoloCity Flugzeugen während der gesamten Montagelinie zu arbeiten, Komponenten herzustellen und zu montieren und als Teil unseres Produktionsteams wichtiges Feedback zu geben. Für diese Rolle suchen wir jemanden, der Erfahrung in der Elektrotechnik hat, bereit ist, in einem multidisziplinären, dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten und offen ist, neue Fähigkeiten entlang der gesamten Montagelinie von eVTOL-Flugzeugen zu erlernen und zu entwickeln.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Montage, Modifikation und Reparatur von Volocopter-Flugzeugen und elektrischen Komponenten.
- Du bist für die Herstellung, Installation und Reparatur von Avionik
- und EWIS-Systemen zuständig.
- Du arbeitest an der Endmontage einzelner Komponenten und Vorfertigung zum Bau des kompletten Flugzeugs.
- Du führst Systemtests, Fehlerdiagnosen und -behebungen duch.
- Du koordinierst die Arbeit zwischen verschiedenen Funktionen.
- Du unterstützt bei der mechanischen Montage und Installation von Flugzeugkomponenten einschließlich Arbeiten an Verbundwerkstoffkomponenten und Flugzeugstrukturen (z.B. Einbau von Strukturbefestigungen, Reparatur, Bohren, Reiben, Schleifen).
- Du hilfst bei Wartungsarbeiten an fliegenden Flugzeugen zur Unterstützung von Flugtest
- und Wartungsteams bei Testkampagnen mit.
- Du unterstützt bei Hintergrundaktivitäten z.B. Arbeitsvorbereitung, Dokumentation, Vorbereitung von Materialien, etc.
Qualifikationen
**Check hier Deine Fachkompetenzen ein**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Flugzeugproduktion oder -wartung, mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Herstellung und Installation von Kabelbäumen und Avionikkomponenten.
- Du kannst elektrische Zeichnungen lesen und verstehen.
- Du kannst Baugruppen und Installationen anhand Zeichnungen selbstständig fertigen.
- Du hast Erfahrung die richtigen Werkzeuge für die Durchführung von Produktionsaufgaben auszuwählen.
- Du hast Freude dich in einer sich schnell verändernden Projektumgebung, z.B. in der Forschungs
- und Entwicklungsphase einzubringen.
**Preferred**:
- 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in einer Prototyping-Umgebung.
- Fähigkeit, mechanische Zeichnungen zu lesen und zu verstehen.
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Verbundwerkstoffen.
- Mitwirkung bei der Einrichtung und Standardisierung neuer Prozesse.
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit metallischen Strukturen (z.B. Umformung, Bearbeitung).
