**Your Areas of Responsibilities**:
- Support 8D processing e.g. organize & execute product tests, data evaluation, action tracking
- Support the analysis of field returns e.g. through product disassembly and investigation of possible rework methods
- Together with our team you work on different projects and provide administrative support
- Assist in the creation, adjustment and execution of Quality KPI reports
- Review and maintain different Quality Databases
- Support in the development and documentation of Quality processes
**Your Profile of Qualification**:
- Enrolled in bachelor / master studies in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable course of studies
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and German
- You are detail oriented, highly motivated and have a hands on mentality and an independent working style
- Class B driving license would be an advantage
- Good technical understanding would be an advantage
- Occasional availability for short business trips (2-4 days) to our warehouse near Frankfurt
