**About Us**:
Our client, a dynamic organization based in Bremen, Germany, is seeking a dedicated Secretary to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization while being part of a supportive and diverse team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently organize and manage the Secretariat, overseeing administrative processes and ensuring smooth operations.
- Provide comprehensive support to supervisors, assisting with administrative tasks and facilitating coordination as needed.
- Procure office supplies and equipment, and coordinate logistics for internal transport and relocations.
- Manage vacation requests, sick notes, and process business trip requests and permits using SAP.
- Plan and coordinate conferences, workshops, meetings, and trips, while providing attentive guest support and hospitality.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and overviews with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to specifications.
- Handle correspondence, reception duties, and telephone calls in both German and English, following established guidelines.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and responsibility.
- Organize and maintain secretarial filing systems, including meeting minutes and customer reception specifications.
- Provide technical support and assistance to supervisors and contribute to internal projects as required.
- Coordinate, monitor, and manage departmental appointments and the supervisor's schedule efficiently.

**Requirements**:

- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of proven experience in secretarial roles, demonstrating proficiency in various administrative tasks.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-driven and goal-oriented work ethic, coupled with high commitment and initiative.
- Service-oriented mindset, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, friendly demeanor, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Pay: 25.000,00€ - 30.000,00€ per year
