**About the Role**:We are looking for a HR Advisor/Coordinator (f/m/d) to join our HR Services EMEA team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for providing solutions to HR needs and promote Organizational Learning/Continuous Improvement to our HR workflow.

This position will be located at one of our facilities in EMEA, with work from home days possible as part of a hybrid arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs.*

**Responsibilities**:

- Process HR relevant questions asked by the internal Associates through our ticket system
- Assign some of these tickets to colleagues or to Associates outside the team
- Identify trends and needs, and proactively drive continuous improvement efforts to increase workflow efficiency
- Partner with teams to assist in designing and mapping appropriate workflows, end-to-end processes and/or continuously improving workflow effectiveness
- Engage in priority HR projects and processes as needed that require experienced talent with specialized skills
- Look for ways to simplify and continually improve the associate experience
- Collaborate with Associates across regions (US and APAC) for assigning cases
- Invest in the ongoing development of individual skills & networks in HR functional excellence and Subject Matter Expertise areas in line with business needs
- Always be up to date with internal or external information that could contribute to efficiency improvements

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics or equivalent HR or customer-facing work experience
- Minimum of 3 years in HR relevant environment
- Demonstrate independent judgment and critical thinking skills to assess and resolve associate needs
- Ability to work flexibly in ambiguous situations and to adapt to changing environment
- Passionate about project management and able to handle confidential information
- Effective influencing skills and high structured way of thinking
- Customer oriented mindset focused on the Associate Experience along the end-to-end effectiveness and efficiency
- Experience with continuous improvement concepts and proactive approach to continuous improvement identification
- Good handling of common computer systems (MS Office) and open to learn new systems and digital tools, as needed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and another language would be a plus

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex human resource inquiries
- Experience leading continuous improvement activities, including but not limited to, process mapping of workflows, project management, and problem solving
- Remote Working Arrangements are permitted for Associates, with appropriate approval and compliance with Gore’s remote working policies, from the country in which they are employed.
