**THIS IS THE JOB**:
We are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer (human) with a strong background in video shooting, editing, and animation. You will play a key part in shaping our motion design presence across marketing channels and contribute to the creative process by suggesting innovative ideas.

As **Motion Graphic Des**igner (human)** **your main tasks will be:

- You utilize your experience in video shooting and editing to create high-quality motion graphics and video content.
- You design and animate engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring alignment with advertising and performance marketing objectives.
- You work closely with the creative team to interpret and implement art direction into motion graphics for various campaigns.
- You actively participate in brainstorming sessions and offer new ideas to enhance our motion design presence in marketing.
- You collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver assets on time for large-scale, fast-paced campaigns, adhering to tight deadlines.
- You ensure designs are optimized for various platforms, including social media, web, and other digital formats.

- You have an education in graphic design / motion design / 3D or a comparable qualification.
- You have relevant professional experience, particularly in advertising and performance motion design.
- You have proven experience with video shooting and video editing.
- You are confident with designing and editing UGC content focused on performance goals.
- You are highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.).
- You have the ability to interpret creative direction and translate it into effective motion graphics.
- You have strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- You are a team player who is creative, assertive, and unafraid to suggest new approaches.
- You have a very good command of English and feel comfortable with German as well.
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics is a plus.
- You are preferably Munich-based.
