Our client offers event organizers an all-inclusive ticketing system; automation, innovation, and service are our top priorities. Their clients include festivals such as Dekmantel and Paaspop, as well as many major clubs in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Spain. To further expand, we are looking for someone who can convey our vision and persuade new customers.
**About the position**:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling and building relationships with new and existing customers in the Düsseldorf and NRW region. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and work closely with them to understand their ticketing needs and challenges, as well as demonstrate how solutions can meet those needs.
**Main responsibilities**:
Identifying and convincing potential customers, working on your sales pipeline from the initial demo phase to final onboarding.
Negotiating contracts using tools like **Pandadoc**.
Working closely with customers to ensure a smooth transition to the Customer Success team and logging all relevant information in Hubspot.
Maintaining regular contact with your customers to strengthen the partnership and discuss contract renewals if necessary.

**Job requirements**:
- Proven experience in the event and/or festival industry as an event service or marketing manager.
- Strong affinity for and experience in sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively demonstrate software solutions.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract closure.
Fluent in **German** and **English** (business level English, C1).
- Knowledge of the ticketing industry is advantageous.
