We are looking for an exceptional **Senior Product Designer** to drive **innovation** and contribute to **strategic initiatives** in one of our product streams.

The main focus of the role will be taking our **Mission Control** and **Smart Impact** products to the next level. There will also be opportunities to co-own and contribute to our more **experimental concepts**, such as **Audience Intuition** (patent pending) and **Inspiration Intelligence AI**.

This role will be reporting to a Design Manager. **This is a 12 month fixed term contract.**

**What you'll be doing**
- Co-own product discovery and influence product strategy while working closely with product managers, product researchers, and other stakeholders.
- Create user flows, wireframes, concepts, and prototypes that communicate high-level functionality.
- Write clear, concise, and conversational UX content, considering accessibility and inclusion.

**What you need to be successful**
- Advocate for a design and product discovery process, from problem to solution, with a great command of research methods, interaction design, visual design, usability testing, and monitoring.
- Strong project management skills and experience managing resources and timelines effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
- Strategic product thinking manifested in a strong understanding of business goals, global product strategy, and the key objectives for your product unit domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with an eye on details and a mind for the bigger picture.
