- Strategische Mitarbeit bei der Neuausrichtung globaler Prozesse und Systeme
- Betreuung von internationalen Implementierungsprojekten zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung des General Accountings
- Kreditorenbuchhaltung: Bearbeitung eingehender Rechnungen unter Berücksichtigung steuerlicher Regelungen für Umsatz
- und Einkommenssteuer
- Debitorenbuchhaltung: Erstellung ausgehender Rechnungen unter Berücksichtigung der umsatzsteuerrelevanten Regelungen inkl. Mahnwesen
- Sicherstellung des Zahlungsverkehrs (ein
- und ausgehende Zahlungen)
- Kommunikation mit externen Kunden/Lieferanten sowie mit unternehmensinternen Schnittstellen zur Klärung von Sachverhalten des General Accountings
- Erledigung von Abschlussaufgaben (Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse) im Zuständigkeitsbereich

**Ihr Profil**:

- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbarer Zusatzqualifikation
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Rechnungswesen eines international tätigen Unternehmens, idealerweise Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP-FI, idealerweise auch praktische Erfahrung mit Coupa
- Grundkenntnisse zu steuerlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere zur Umsatzsteuer
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Einsatzbereitschaft, serviceorientierte, selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit und effektiven Zusammenarbeit, auch virtuell, häufig in internationalen Gruppen
