**DIRECTOR STRATEGY (M/W/D) - AUFBAU STANDORT BERLIN**:
Als (Executive) Director der Next Digital Strategy übernimmst du Verantwortung für eine oder mehrere Branchen und / oder Beratungsfelder der Next Digital Group, welche du selbstständig aufbaust und weiterentwickelst. Hierzu entwickelst du Beratungsansätze der Digitalisierung und setzt diese bei Kunden über Programme und Projekte um. Dabei führst du ein Team von hochqualifizierten und motivierten BeraterInnen und übernimmst Verantwortung für deren Entwicklung. Die Entwicklung der Next Digital Group gestaltest du über ein verantwortetes Kompetenzthema. Gerne kannst du bei entsprechendem Fit ein eigenes Team zur Next Digital Group mitbringen.

**DEINE AUFGABEN**:

- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Aufbau & Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen und damit verbundener Projekte, insbes. in Berlin und Hamburg
- Du verantwortest und entwickelst ein eigenes Geschäftsfeld und/oder Branche und gestaltest die darin liegenden Beratungsansätze, Lösungen und insbesondere die Programme / Projekte bei unseren Kunden
- Du erweiterst dein persönliches Kundennetzwerk, generierst neue Projekte und Kunden und verantwortest in diesem Kontext die Entwicklung von Beratungsfeldern, die externe Kommunikation und Kundenansprache, insbes. in Hamburg und Berlin
- Du unterstützt unsere Unternehmensentwicklung durch Führungsverantwortung und aktive Mitwirkung in unseren internen Projekten
- Du übernimmst aktiv Verantwortung für den Aufbau eines Standortes in Berlin, zunächst vor Ort im professionellen Co-Working-Space.
- Du bist regelmäßig präsent an unserem Campus in Meerbusch/Düsseldorf, nur wenige Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, für die direkte Zusammenarbeit mit Gesamt-Team und dem CEO & Gründer.

**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**:

- Ca. fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung bei strategischen Unternehmensberatungen oder dem Inhouse-Consulting
- Umfassende Referenzen im Management von Programmen und Projekten mit hohem Veränderungscharakter
- Nachweislicher Track Record in der Akquise von Kunden/Projekten sowie Aufbau eines Kundennetzwerks im höheren sechsstelligen Umsatzbereich
- Erstklassige akademische Qualifikationen sowie relevante Weiterbildungen und Zertifizierungen
- Ausgeprägte unternehmerische Perspektive, Gestaltungswille und Identifikation mit unserem Geschäftsmodell und unseren Zielen
- Kreativität und analytische Stärke zur Lösung komplexer Herausforderungen von Branchen und Kunden
