**VIE: Financial Controller for MRO **(d/f/m)**:

**What is the VIE program?**:
The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) program is an international program sponsored by the French Ministry of Economy, Finance and Employment, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

What can you expect for your position at Airbus Helicopters?

Within Finance Directorate and 'Support and Services' Finance team, you are part of the MRO and MSCF controlling team. You will drive MRO Function cost controlling for both France and Germany MRO activities, plus support on repair cost analysis on an ad'hoc basis.

- Monitor MRO cost Base, Hourly rates and fixed costs along Finance processes (closing and reporting, forecast, OP, Budget)
- To accompany your business partners in understanding performance, and to support improvement plans and decision making.
- Drive resource planning process for MRO
- Be the focal point for Zero Based Budget Initiatives
- Support cost of repair analysis on ad'hoc basis
- Support Standard price definition

- First knowledge of controlling tools
