The impact you will have

**On a daily basis, you will**:

- Collaborate with diverse teams to develop solutions that enhance development operations.
- Promote best practices using Atlassian tools with Engineering Managers' support.
- Upgrade and maintain Atlassian tools.
- Manage Identity and Access Management, including user setup and permissions.
- Train end-users on the effective use of Atlassian tools.
- Implement security controls to protect environments.
- Optimize Atlassian workflows and assess functionality for user requests.
- Maintain the Atlassian suite, including plug-ins, and plan product growth.
- Create and implement standard templates and workflows, with customization as needed.
- Manage change processes and communication.
- Document configurations, processes, guides, and known issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with IT Operations to resolve issues promptly.

**The skills you will demonstrate**:

- 4+ years of experience managing and configuring Jira Cloud in multiple project environments.
- Proven knowledge and experience in managing further Atlassian Cloud products (Confluence, Jira Service Management, Trello, Atlas, Compass, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile Framework and Kanban development frameworks and project management methodologies
- Proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex technical issues.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting technical users and conducting requirements analysis.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly autonomous and pragmatic
- Open-minded and very positive can-do attitude
- Prefer to work in a team, share information, and ideas and understand the power of collective thinking to get the best solutions
- Comfortable in dealing with change and complexity
- Self-confident enough to challenge the status quo as well as to receive and give feedback to improve the team and yourself
