Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung, Planung und Umsetzung einer Comedy-/ Kabarettsendung mit inhaltlicher Verantwortung
- Projektplanung inkl. Drehplanung und inhaltliche Konzeption von Produktionen im Bereich Comedy/ Kabarett
- Teamleitung und -koordination
- Kommunikation mit Künstler:innen
- Kommunikation mit dem Sender
- Inhaltliche und strategische Planung der Sendungen
- Inhaltliche Entwicklung und Betreuung der Projekte bis zur Ausstrahlung inkl. Pressearbeit
- Redaktionelle Vernetzung aller Abteilungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktionsleitung
Dein Profil:
- Erfahrung im Producing, d.h. Du hast in den letzten Jahren TV-Projekte verantwortet und inhaltlich von der Recherche bis zur Abgabe einer Sendung geleitet
- Du bist im Studio zu Hause und kennst die Abläufe einer Showproduktion
- Du hast bereits ein Team redaktionell geführt
- Du hast Erfahrung in der redaktionellen Postproduktion (Schnittabnahmen, Redigieren von Texten)
- Du hast ein ausgeprägtes journalistisches Gespür für redaktionelle Themen und Trends
- Du bist kreativ, insbesondere in den Bereichen Storytelling, Bildsprache und Text
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und selbständig und bist ein ausgeprägtes Kommunikationstalent
- Du arbeitest verantwortungsbewusst und zielorientiert
- Du behältst auch in komplexen Situationen und diffizilen Produktionsphasen den Überblick
- Du blickst vorausschauend auf das große Ganze und auf die einzelnen Prozesse innerhalb eines TV-Projektes
- Du denkst betriebswirtschaftlich und arbeitest deshalb eng mit der Produktionsabteilung zusammen
