**Definition working student**:
Working students are students who are enrolled at a University or some other institution of higher education, and who are employed in a reasonably long, fixed-term position parallel to their studies. This position must not be confused with an internship or with the possibility of writing a final thesis.

This employment usually takes place directly on the company's premises. A working student's main focus remains on their studies, which is why, during term-time, working students are not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

Working students therefore usually work near their place of study, so as to conveniently combine studying and employment.

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Support the monitoring and implementing of Lean Tools, like VSM, 5S, SQCDP, PPS and Kaizen to support the MRO
- Participate and form the execution and development of Performance Management routines (Balanced Scorecard / SQCDP), as well as drive their standardization throughout the organization and customize the KPI tree across the Operational Value Stream
- Support and manage Continuous Improvement through Tactical Implementation Plans (TIPs) and lead Improvement and Implementation projects from G0 up to G10 ensuring valid business cases
- Share relevant benchmarks, best practices and synergies across plants and programs in Manching
- Contribute to Digitalization and Innovation initiatives by collecting requirements and deploying implementation projects

**Desired skills and qualifications**:

- Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within business administration, engineering, or computer science
- Strong interest in project management, process improvement and digitalization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong personal initiative and practical problem solving
- Reliable and independent way of working with a hands on mindset
- Good organization skills with regards to self
- and time management
- Fluent English skills (written and verbal), German
