**What do you contribute?**
- In your new role, you will be responsible for the Controlling department at our components plant in Nuremberg. In this responsible role, you will report directly to the commercial plant management.
- You will be supported by your team of 4 employees, who you will lead professionally and disciplinarily.
- You will monitor financial performance and independently prepare analyses.
- You will also be involved in supporting internal partners (other CP plants, segment technical departments, etc.) and actively shape TSA, SLA and other agreements.
- In close cooperation with technical interface partners, you identify potentials for cost optimization and productivity measures, bring about decisions and take an active role in their implementation. You are the point of contact for departments for the preparation of profitability analyses for investment projects.
- You act as a role model in the digitalization and visualization of finance & controlling processes and drive the optimization of settlement and reporting processes with interface partners.
- In addition, coaching and further development of your team is an essential part of your tasks. You are always "close to" the day-to-day business.

**What do you bring along?**
- The basis of your success is a degree in business administration and many years of experience in controlling.
- Ideally, you have experience in a plant environment and have already managed employees.
- You convince with comprehensive business management knowledge, especially regarding value flows and reporting.
- You have knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and HGB).
- You are proficient in MS-Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you have SAP knowledge, including regulatory and value flows.
- You approach people openly, tackle topics on your own initiative and convince with a confident appearance and your distinctive customer orientation.
