Marketing Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Handling incoming calls and other communications
- Updating paperwork (e.g. printing, filing, online)
- Creating, maintaining and entering information intot different CRM system (moodle, eventsair)
- Puting up content on official Social Media Channels (Facebook ; Instagram)
- Updating website
- Creating ads on different veterianry education platforms
- Creating and supervising print and design of different marketing material (flyers, brochure, different merchandise)

**Qualifications**
- 1 + experience in a related field
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Good knowledge of microsoft office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Experinece in in social media marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Knoweledge of different CMS (wordpress preferred)
- Knoweledge of different design software (photoshop, indesign)
- Attention to detail
- Superior organizational and time management skills
