**Ihre zentralen Aufgaben**
- Sie unterstützen unser Vertriebsteam
- Sie übernehmen die Vorbereitung, die Erfassung und die Prüfung von Verträgen und Aufträgen
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Kundenstammdaten in unserem System
- Sie sind für die Kundenkorrespondenz per Mail und am Telefon zuständig
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Interessenten vor Ort
- Das Erstellen von fernschriftlichen Angeboten fällt in Ihre Zuständigkeit
- Sie übernehmen die Kontrolle und Überprüfung von Aufmaßen und technischen Zeichnungen

**Was wir erwarten**
- Sie verfügen über kaufmännische Grundlagen
- Sie verfügen über relevante Erfahrung als Customer Service Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), im Sales Support, als Vertriebsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) oder als Verkaufsassistenz (m/w/d). Idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Treppenliftbranche.
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen PC Anwendungen, dem Microsoft Office-Paket und CRM Programmen
- Sie arbeiten Eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig, darüber hinaus zeichnet Sie ein hohes Maß an Selbstorganisation aus
- Technisches (Grund-) Verständnis
- Sie sind motiviert und wollen mit uns wachsen
