Reporting to Ronan, our Quotation Manager, you will join a European team of 9 people. Your role will be to support the Italian sales team by working with them to produce quotations and responses to tenders in line with the customer's cost, requirements and desired use of the product. You will be in daily contact with the sales team but also with the product managers, the design team and the manufacturing plants.

**Your task will be**:

- At the request of the sales team, you will prepare quotations for the medical or care kits requested by the customer in the best quality / time conditions;
- You will prepare technical offers by selecting the medical devices and other components that make up the pack for the calls for tender;
- You will manage sample requests for sales representatives and customers;
- You will be able to propose new components and/or alternatives to the sales force in order to build the most efficient package for the customer.
- You will be responsible for the backup of other sales regions during holidays within the team
- Calculate quotations requested by sales force, within the best quality/time standard
- Prepare technical offers for tenders, contracts and GPOs
- Manage samples requests for Account Managers and Customers
- Manage new components requests for Account Managers (Medlaunch initiation)
- Manage new product creation/revision requests for Account Managers and Customers (NPC)
- Follow up first production/forecasts in line with customer needs
- Proactively propose optimized product offers on a financial and technical aspect (core and alternatives proposals)
- Manage and update quotation database (technical datasheets, cost calculation reports, tender/cost summary files), through Netquote tool and archiving folders
- Support Account Managers for components and packs backorder together with Production, through comparison/availability analysis
- Be an expert on internal dedicated software tools and processes
- Participate actively in improvement of processes and tools
- Be the backup of other quoters within the team, in case of absence or workload balance
- Train fellow colleagues and sales force to our department tools and processes
Act as a facilitator interface between sales force and manufacturing units for specific requests
- Log activity with shared tools to facilitate follow-up and KPI extraction
Act as a support for other non-listed tasks, that may become necessary to fulfill department’s projects and objectives

**Profile required**:

- Training in our products and tools will be provided internally. This position does not require any previous medical knowledge or experience. Some knowledge of healthcare (clinical knowledge or experience as a nurse is a plus)
- As this position requires daily relations with Germany, your level of English and German must be fluent.
- You are proactive by nature, you like to work in a team and your interpersonal skills are often recognised;
- Rigorous and organised, your analytical skills allow you to be concise in your work;
- You will be able to work in a challenging environment and will need to be able to manage priorities;
- Computer skills (Pack Office and in particular Excel) are essential.
- Good attention to details.
