**Aufgaben / Tasks**
- Oversee all pricing processes within the Mainstream T/O
- Support management of the interface to the respective destination teams, aggregate and prioritize their business needs.
- Implementing and enforcing hard pricing rules and boundaries set by the Head of CoC Pricing.
- Establish an audit process for above mentioned pricing rules and take pricing teams on educational journey to obey and live to them.
- Constant review of all current related pricing processes and look for incremental improvement opportunities, also through incremental changes in our current system landscape. Support Head of in designing a zero-based new pricing process aligned with the business strategy and drive its implementation across the organization Continuously develop the mainstream T/Os pricing strategy.

**Profil / Qualifikation**
- Completed tourism studies (minimum Bachelors degree) as well as several years of professional experience in the tourism industry
- Pricing specialist with profound knowledge in yield management
- Experience in strategic pricing development, preferably in the tourism sector
- Self-confident and convincing appearance as well as strong negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German, business fluent in English
- Strong conceptual skills, abstract thinking, problem solving and strong quantitative skills
