Neben dem Eingehen von neuen Engagements führen wir im Rahmen unserer Branchenkonsolidierungen laufend Transaktionen durch - bisher nahezu 100. Sie sammeln bei uns vom ersten Tag an Transaktionserfahrung und begleiten komplexe Transaktionen von Unternehmen in unterschiedlichen Branchen und Situationen. Es erwartet Sie ein Umfeld mit flachen Hierarchien, kurzen Entscheidungswegen, eigenen Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und netten Kollegen.
**hre Aufgaben**:
**Eigenständige Identifikation und Analyse von Zielmärkten und -unternehmen für potenzielle Akquisitionen; Erarbeitung von Investitionsthesen**:
**Modellierung und Bewertung von neuen Investitionsmöglichkeiten sowie Erarbeitung von Transaktionsstrukturierungen**:
**Durchführung und Koordination von Transaktionen, sowie eigenverantwortliche Übernahme einzelner Arbeitspakete innerhalb der Investitionsprüfung**:
**Steuerung von Ressourcen, externen Beratern und Finanzdienstleistern; Begleitung aller Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Abschluss**:
**Aktive Unterstützung der Wachstumsstrategie unserer Portfoliounternehmen, z.B. durch die Umsetzung von Wertsteigerungsprogrammen und die gezielte Suche von Zukäufen**:
**Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Exit-Prozessen**:
**Ihr Profil**:
**Sehr guter akademischer Abschluss eines wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen, mathematischen oder ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Studiums an einer renommierten Universität oder Business School**:
**2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Transaktionsberatung, Investmentbanking, Strategieberatung, Private Equity oder Wirtschaftsprüfung, gern ergänzt durch Praktika während des Studiums**:
**Breite und tiefe Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Bilanz-, GuV-, Cashflow-Analyse, Unternehmensbewertung und Financial Modelling**:
**Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten hinsichtlich der Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten und Geschäftsmodellen**:
**Hands-on Mentalität, unternehmerische Denkweise und Freude an der Arbeit mit mittelständischen Unternehmern**:
**Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, hohe Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit**:
**verhandlungssichere Deutsch
