Do you have a desire for new perspectives? TI's legal department is searching for a Patent Attorney who has electrical engineering knowledge and experience to join our legal team in Freising.

**Your job**
- Join our EMEA legal team in Freising (near Munich)
- Solicit disclosures of inventions and assist inventors in filing timely and accurate disclosures
- Support German inventor remuneration process
- Provide leadership to technical disclosure selection processes
- Analyze issued patents
- Provide counsel to business groups on intellectual property matters including inventor trainings
- Assure TI realizes maximum return on TI’s intellectual property investment

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in electrical engineering or physics (or similar)
- Registered as a patent attorney with the European and German Patent Office

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Patent prosecution experience (in-house or law firm)
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in cross-functional, international teams
- Strategic thinking, sound judgment and a business-minded, pragmatic attitude
- Experience as an engineer/scientist in a technical role is desired
- Experience and familiarity with analog integrated circuit design, embedded processing (processor architectures, digital signal processing, digital communications, or digital integrated circuit design) or semiconductor fabrication/packaging is desired.
