**Senior Director Marketing (m/w/d) Bath and Wellness**

You develop and execute the groupwide marketing strategy for the Bath and Wellness division that aligns with the overall business objectives.

**Your Tasks**:

- Conceptual planning, implementation, management and optimization of marketing campaigns and of our product portfolio are critical aspects of your job as a leader.
- You understand the various communication channels - especially social media - within the context of B2B as well as of B2C to build strong brand initiatives across various channels while aiming different target groups.
- As a respected leader you manage people across the marketing departments to succeed in their roles and to deliver excellence while fostering the big picture.
- As a marketeer you understand the complexity of managing a global acting company while considering local branches with their specific needs from a marketing point of view.
- While you define the overall marketing targets for a period of time and you can also adjust the objectives in the event of unexpected changes.
- You will be responsible for introducing a culture of practice, performance and data orientation through an agile project management style.

**Your Profile**:

- You have at least 10 years of relevant marketing experience gained at internationally acting companies that deal with premium consumer products - preferably linked to the construction industry - or at design companies that worked for strong brands in marketing-leading positions.
- As a brand ambassador you have experience in the development of a mixed portfolio and as a problem solver you have experience with marketing activities directed at consumers as well as at traders.
- As a design connoisseur, you strive for perfection for the premium portfolio and you are eager to use out of the box thinking to create state of the art campaigns.
- You use your high digital affinity to explore new ways of channels while always considering the market needs.
- Your analytical skills will use CRM data to make profound business recommendations.
- Since the brand has evolved over the past centuries over and over again, your DNA needs to represent a passion to be open for innovative approaches based on your deep global market understanding to continuously develop the spirit of the brand.
