**Develop And Strengthen Our Financial Processes**:
**You will**:

- Audit and Review: Audit and review every shipment where Flexport has experienced financial loss. Identify and document process, procurement, decision-making, and other issues contributing to revenue loss.
- Collaboration and Overlapping Responsibilities: Work closely with the BQI team to align efforts and share insights. Engage with Operations, Procurement, and Pricing teams to identify issues contributing to revenue loss. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate in designing and building effective processes for revenue recovery. Conduct internal research to understand the root causes of revenue loss and propose improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain a structured documentation system for all audited shipments, detailing identified issues and proposed solutions.
- Generate reports to communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.
- High Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for detail in analyzing bills, numbers, and internal processes.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve identified issues. Foster a positive and proactive working environment.ure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate in designing and building effective processes for revenue recovery. Conduct internal research to understand the root causes of revenue loss and propose improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain a structured documentation system for all audited shipments, detailing identified issues and proposed solutions.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to address and resolve identified issues. Foster a positive and proactive working environment.

**You should have**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle a high workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in auditing, operations, or related fields is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English
