Job Purpose:
Ensuring the timely and on-schedule processing of business transactions in the areas of e-commerce tools, new customers, and sales helpdesk.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring the maintenance and quality of customer master data: Creating new customers in SAP / CRM / InTouch, maintaining and updating address data, maintaining and updating InTouch & e-commerce tools, filing and archiving customer contracts, deleting customers, maintaining employee master data for personnel sales
- Monitoring individual business transactions (deadlines, throughput times, processing status, completion), in particular the age structure and implementing measures for improvement
- Compliance with and implementation of department-specific SLAs and quality specifications
- Continuous improvement of existing processes regarding efficiency, cost minimization and time management
- Department-specific administrative activities and special tasks
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
- 3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of the IT systems used, especially SAP
- Product, market, and logistics knowledge
- Active and confident communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, team spirit
- English proficiency in speaking and writing
