**Assistant im Center Management (m/w/d)**
**Deine Aufgaben**:
- Mit Herz und Verstand organisierst Du das Büro des Center Managements im Leo Center Leonberg (LEO).
- Hier nimmst Du freundlich Anrufe entgegen, sorgst für einen stilvollen Schriftwechsel und gestaltest überzeugende Präsentationen.
- In flexiblen Arbeitszeiten bearbeitest Du allgemeine Sekretariatsaufgaben einschl. des Vertragswesens und übernimmst die Urlaubsvertretung im Kollegenkreis.
- Außerdem hast Du auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen stets alle Termine im Blick.
**Dein Profil**:
- Für diese Aufgaben hast Du erfolgreich eine einschlägige Ausbildung abgeschlossen und schon ein paar Jahre Berufspraxis in einer ähnlichen Position gesammelt.
- Noch wichtiger jedoch sind aber Dein Organisationstalent, Deine Dienstleistungsbereitschaft sowie Deine freundliche Art.
- Dass Du versiert mit MS Word, Excel und PowerPoint umgehst, ist für Dich selbstverständlich.
- Idealerweise ist Dir der Umgang mit SAP nicht fremd.
