Seit 2021 gehört das Haus zur Marriott International Familie.
Gelegen mitten im Herzen Berlins, zwischen Ku'Damm und Brandenburger Tor, bietet das Hotel, neben 505 Gästezimmern und Suiten, Meeting
- und Konferenzräume für insgesamt bis zu 2.500 Personen und dementsprechend viel Raum für unterschiedlichste Events. Des Weiteren verfügt es über zwei Restaurants und eine Bar für kulinarische Erlebnisse, sowie einem exklusiven Spa
- und Wellnessbereich.

Unsere Gäste starten in ihren Tag im Frühstücksrestaurant "The Market". Hier servieren wir unter anderem köstlichen Kaffee oder leckere Eierspeisen. Um jeden Gast herzlichst zu empfangen, suchen wir Dich:

- Du gibst unserem neu renovierten Frühstücksrestaurant "MARKET" und damit unserem Hotel, ein positives Gesicht
- Dir bereitet es Freude, unsere Gäste mit Heißgetränken und einem tollen Buffet zu verwöhnen
- Gehobener Service ist für Dich kein Beruf, sondern eine Berufung und Leidenschaft
- Du agierst selbstständig
- Du bist direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste und kümmerst Dich mit Leidenschaft und Spaß um ihre Wünsche
- Du pflegst die Kommunikation mit dem Küchen-Team im Zeichen von "OneTeam-OneDream"
- Bei Reklamationen behältst Du den Überblick und kommunizierst souverän mit unseren Gästen
- Vorbereitung und Ordnung ist die halbe Miete, daher bist Du Profi im Mise-en-Place
- Du hältst zu jederzeit die Hygienevorschriften gemäß HACCP ein

**SHOW US YOUR TALENTS**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotel-/ Restaurantfach sowie Fachkraft im Gastgewerbe möglich
- Alternativ auch ein Studium für Hotel-/ Tourismus
- bzw. Culinary Management
- Quereinsteiger, die unseren Gästen schon beim Betreten des Restaurants ein Lächeln ins Gesicht zaubern, sind herzlichst willkommen
- Herzliche, authentische und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit
- Mitreißende Kommunikations
- und Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Flexible Einsatzbereitschaft und ein beeindruckendes Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick für das Detail
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
