Your tasks
- Ensure the Supply chain in the context of the supplier management within an interdisciplinary team
- Supporting procurement of machines and production equipment for different locations within Continental Automotive
- Actively influence the sourcing process during development phase through:

- Supplier selection
- Negotiation of prices and commercial conditions
- Definition, implementation, and adaptation of global and regional sourcing strategies

**Profile**:

- Academic degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or comparable
- First professional experience within Purchasing or Industrial Engineering
- Basic knowledge in contract law
- Reliable knowledge of the MS Office programs and SAP basic knowledge
- German and English - business fluent (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to travel e.g. industrial fairs, meetings
