**CULTURE / STRATEGIE**:
Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Culture Communications wirst du als Praktikant/in in Vollzeit für 6 Monate ab Juni 2023 an spannenden Projekten im Bereich Musik (konkret für den Red Bull Rap 100 YouTube Kanal) und Streetdance (konkret für Red Bull Dance Your Style) mitarbeiten.
Du kannst Dich dafür bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von innovativen sowie einzigartigen Ideen für Communications-Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Social Media, Text, Foto, Bewegtbild und natürlich auch Kommunikations-Konzepten maßgeblich beteiligen.
**KOMMUNIKATION & PROJEKTMANAGEMENT**:
Du begeisterst dich für Medien, kommunizierst gerne mit Menschen und verstehst es, andere Menschen von Deinen Ideen zu begeistern. Es fällt Dir leicht, Kontakte aufzubauen und Du hast Spaß an konstruktiven Gesprächen. In Deinem Praktikum wirst Du dich neben Recherchetätigkeiten auch um die Medien
- und Pressearbeit kümmern, um die Aufmerksamkeit auf unsere Projekte zu lenken und Medienvertreter*innen von unserem Engagement zu begeistern.
Zudem bist Du ein Organisationstalent, das in der Lage ist, Projekte professionell zu planen, sich selbst zu strukturieren und Du hast Spaß daran eine Schlüsselstelle zwischen den Social Media-, Content
- und Event-Abteilungen zu sein. Als Teil des Teams wirst du die jeweiligen Projektleads unterstützen und eigene kleine Projekte eigenständig umsetzen.

- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften, Marketing oder Ähnliches
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich PR / Kommunikation
- Hohe Begeisterung für Culture (Musik & Street-Dance) und digitale Medien
- Gutes Verständnis der deutschen Medienlandschaft
- Hohes Kommunikationsgeschick, Organisationstalent, schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Kontaktfreude und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Flexibles und unkonventionelles Denken sowie gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
