**A Snapshot of Your Day**
As the Assurance Programs and Methodologies Lead (f/m/d) for Siemens Energy Assurance, you will have global responsibility of the internal audit policies, processes, quality, and tools. You will work together with the function’s leadership team to drive operational excellence and leading practices across the entire function.
This position reports to the Global Head of SE Assurance function.
**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Lead together with the Head of SE Assurance the transformation of the Assurance function in terms of methodologies, tools, and capabilities
- Develop and support the implementation of SE Assurance methodologies and tools and guidance for specific topics. Stay abreast of the leading practices to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with the Assurance teams to perform quality assurance reviews of all phases of the internal audit execution process. Provide guidance to the teams and reinforce methodology standards through timely feedback and training
- Develop and/or deliver communication and training to SE Assurance team members and stakeholders
- Support strategic initiatives to expand the quality assurance and improvement program scope, cycle coverage, and plan
- Prepare Audit Committee presentation decks including quality assurance and improvement program activities and results, also highlighting thematic issues and tracking and monitoring of remediation efforts
- Respond to ad hoc queries raised by the colleagues within the department
**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting, finance or business
- CIA, CISA or other applicable certification preferred
- Strong background in audit and internal control policies and methodologies
- 10+ years of demonstrated expertise in internal audit and internal control
- Strong project management skills coupled with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, due dates and external consultants
- Demonstrated ability to resolve differences and influence positive change
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels
- Experience in GRC technology platforms, infrastructure, and/or data analytics
