In-house Technician

We are looking for a motivated employee in our building services department to look after our rooms and buildings in and around Duesseldorf.

**Your tasks**:

- Repair and maintenance work (e.g. fire protection system, repairs, heating maintenance) in and around the building.
- Checking and monitoring the building services.
- Accompanying maintenance companies.
- Checking our housekeeping ticket management.

**Your profile**:

- Residence in Düsseldorf or (close) surroundings.
- Completed vocational training in a technical/trade profession or previous experience in the hotel, cleaning and/or trade sector.
- Willingness to travel in the Düsseldorf area.
- Flexibility and communication skills.
- German language skills and solid English language skills.
- Valid driver's license.
