**Your Mission**
- You are responsible for the procurement of indirect material, mainly for building services, investments and services
- You coordinate and conduct tenders in cooperation with the specialist departments
- In addition, your tasks include the analysis, identification and realization of savings potentials as well as the preparation of bid comparisons and negotiations
- In supplier portfolio management, you are be responsible for analyzing sources of supply and deriving measures to be taken
- You operate an effective interface management, coordination and agreement and monitor and ensure the timely implementation of procurement processes
- You develop and manage commodity groups on your own responsibility
- You take over the annual planning in coordination with the suppliers including the contractual implementation
- You maintain supplier and material master data in SAP and qualify suppliers in cooperation with relevant interfaces

**Your Talents**
- Completed business studies, alternatively a technical or commercial apprenticeship with relevant experience or a comparable qualification
- 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Basics in contract law and negotiation experience
- SAP knowledge in the MM module desirable
- High level of service orientation
- Good English language skills
