**Junior Product Owner (f/m/d) - Digital Customer Journey**

**What you will be doing**:

- Optimize the customer journey for **SMBs**. You will simplify the buying process for prospects and empower existing customers to manage their subscriptions independently (contract status, payments, upselling & downselling)
- Additionally, you will take care of the journey for our **IT sales partners **(registration, customer support from our partner portal)
- A key part of your role involves **managing requirements** and creating **mockups**.
- You will collaborate with our teams for the Subscription Business and Operations to align on new concepts and features
- You will prioritize new features and plan product **releases**:

- The **backlog **is your strategic tool. You will use it to ensure the team always has sufficient tasks
- In order to improve the experience for customers and partners, you will drive the development of additional **metrics **in our dashboard

**What this position requires?**
- **Experience**: 1-2 years as a Product Owner or Project Manager in agile teams.
- **Expertise**: Solid knowledge in requirements engineering for web services or software; good understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
- **Tools**: Proficient in AdobeXD or Figma.
- **Nice to have**: Experience with software subscription models in a B2B context.
- **Personality**: "A good result today is better than a perfect one tomorrow."
- **Languages**: Strong German; adequate English skills for working with international teams.
