Chief Financial Officer

As "Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Infineon Technologies Bipolar" (f/m/div)* you will be responsible for two fully operating entities - Infineon Technologies Bipolar GmbH & Co. KG (IFBIP) and Infineon Technologies Bipoláris Kft. (IFBHU) - and for the increasing development and manufacturing of the most advanced bipolar semiconductors for high-performance systems.

As "Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Infineon Technologies Bipolar” (f/m/div)
- you will lead and represent the entities IFBIP and IFBHU in all entrepreneurial aspects together with the CEO of IFBIP and IFBHU and you will be responsible for definition and deployment of the companies’ strategies to leverage capabilities for future growth. In this role, you will focus on bringing sustainable return on investments and on ensuring that the organizational design fits to the business purpose.

In your new role you will:

- Be “Member of the board of Directors” for the legal entities IFBIP and IFBHU and lead the Finance, Procurement, Quality Management, HR and IT department
- Lead and develop a diverse team of experts
- Develop and implement the organizational strategy of IFBIP and IFBHU accordingly to Infineon’s overall strategy and drive M&A
- Oversee the financial planning and budgeting process while ensuring accurate forecasting and resource allocation
- Ensure full financial compliance, manage audit approval of yearly closing and compile as well as publish the results
- Drive portfolio management and challenge decisions about resource requirements, budget allocation, investment utilization and headcount planning
- Represent IFBIP and IFBHU in internal and external forums, events, audits as well as supplier visits and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Be the Compliance Officer and ensure compliance in all aspects

You act as if Infineon Technologies Bipolar were your own enterprise and overcome challenging situations with creative solutions. In addition, you translate the strategy into ambitious goals and make sure that it becomes a binding guideline for people’s actions

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A Master’s degree in Business Administration or an Engineering degree with a comparable Financial Management Qualification - MBA is preferred
- At least 15 years of increasing work experience in different finance functions and a broad understanding of different functions such as Procurement
- Successfully demonstrated business leadership skills and a profound market expertise
- Strong financial knowledge especially in the fields of controlling, accounting and treasury
- Good understanding and awareness of legal and ethical frameworks
- Strengths in strategy definition and analytical thinking
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
