Assistant / Technician for Group Investment Management (M/F/d)*

For the Group Investment Management (GIM) business unit, which is responsible for managing the group-wide investments of the MR Group, we are looking for a motivated assistant who wants to contribute in a dynamic and diversified environment. You will support the Head of Department of the Investment Steering Department in a wide range of challenging assistant activities, as well as section heads and -teams as required.

YOUR TASKS
- Planning, organizing and coordinating internal meetings or workshops as well as meetings with business partners and service providers
- Organize travel, including travel expense reporting and entry into the necessary booking tools
- Independent handling of correspondence in German and English, drafting of correspondence with the Executive Board and senior management Preparation of presentations and other MS Office documents
- Assisting the head of department in the classical sense, including independently coordinating appointments in Outlook, preparing necessary documents and assisting in the follow-up of tasks.
- If suitable and interested, also perform technical activities to support the team and the department head, such as organizing, reviewing and preparing invoices.
- Assist in the organization/execution of department meetings and other events.

YOUR PROFILE
- Successful completion of professional training and several years of work experience
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. German is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills as well as a self-reliant, reliable and accurate way of working
- Initiative and openness to new tasks
- Ability to work in a team, service orientation, confident and open manner, also in an international environment
