**Financial Coordinator**:
**_We want you to:_**:

- Support P&L modelling and scenario planning that serves as the foundation of strategic financial planning to achieve organizational objectives
- Support developing financial reports, offering insights that exceed mere numbers, and directly contribute to the development of business plans with functional managers that contribute directly to P&L bottom line.
- Support developing and implementing processes to review and optimize organizational cost structures across the organization
- Coordinate across financial functions, fostering collaboration with subsidiaries for optimal data flow
- Drive process improvements to guarantee the accuracy and timeliness of financial figures
- Manage financial data with a keen eye on precision
- Support enhancing reporting templates to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Handle various Finance Team related administrative tasks

**_About you:_**:

- A university degree in Finance or related discipline. Top Tier MSc or MBA preferred
- 5 - 7 years MNC experience in FP&A and proven ability to operate strategically
- Creative and proactive approach, showcasing your ability to think beyond convention
- Precision in handling numbers, ensuring data accuracy that forms the foundation of strategic decisions
- Strong communication skills, fostering effective collaboration across diverse functions
- Excellent knowledge of financial and managerial accounting principles
- Advanced MS Excel skills, allowing you to navigate complex data landscapes effortlessly
- Intercultural skills and willingness to work in an international working environment
- Experience in ERP / SAP data management
- Fluency in English; any other language is an advantage
