**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete all safety training, training plan and competency standards as set out in the position within company guidelines.
- Must have a good knowledge and understanding of coiled tubing Tools, Completion Tools / System & Liner Hanger System.
- Must understand of NOV quality policies and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace instructions.
- Work in compliance with (ISO/ API / SCC).
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
- Ability to dress and Redress advanced completion tools equipment according to operating procedures or within the scope of its intended use.
- Ability to work unsupervised and exercise initiative to resolve potential problems.
- Participates in CAT (Corrective Action Teams) to implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Participate in actions which promote a safety and quality culture within NOV.
- Show willingness and flexibility to perform other tasks as instructed by the Operations Manager.
- Report any unsafe activities or injuries to HSE Manager immediately and also immediate manager.
- Be aware of your responsibilities, accountabilities, tasks, and goals for health, safety, and environmental protection.
- Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
- Assist and support new product introduction / development.
- Based on schedule 24h on call available if required
- Responsible to schedule and supervise Workshop Technician I / II / III /IV
- Coordinates and tracks multiple key projects and tasks.
- Performs as a lead scheduler while assisting department with special projects.
- Maintain a resource loaded and networked program schedule for on-going and special projects that can be utilized to analyze resource allocations, mission completion dates, and “what if” analysis.
- Tracks and updates personnel and projects progress and critical path on a daily basis.
- Creates tracking reports for various levels of management.
- Coordinates project schedules and recommends appropriate lead-lag times.
- Plans workload for multiple project management teams ( Application) and de-conflicts resources.
- Provides forward looking schedule analysis to Leadership.
- Interfaces between senior management, Construction Managers, and Lead Project Coordinators to gather data and adjust scheduling parameters.
- Contributes to program proposal preparation efforts.
- Works with project subcontractors to communicate scheduled task and schedule variances.
- Be responsible to translate procedure for training purpose to the workshop personal
- Performs other duties and assignments as required.
- Plan Vacation for workshop personal based on work load.
