**About the Role**:
As an MPO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our clients' presence on various online marketplaces to drive sales and increase visibility. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to enhance their marketplace performance. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, data analysis, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize clients' presence on online marketplaces.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of MPO efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketplace optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketplace optimization or e-commerce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytics tools.
