**Aufgaben / Tasks**

- Zubereitung von einfachen alkoholfreien Getränken nach Rezeptur und Standards
- Kontrolle der Präsentation und Herstellung aller Getränke
- Organisieren der Arbeitsabläufe an der Theke
- Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit des täglichen benötigten Warenbestandes für die Theke und Bestellung aller benötigten Produkte
- Kontrolle der ordnungsgemäßen und produktspezifischen Lagerung
- Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften nach HACCP, sowie Überprüfung der Sauberkeit und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Richtlinien
- Allgemeine Kontrolle und Pflege aller technischen Geräte an der Theke
- Begrüßung der Gäste
