**Your role**:Join our Healthcare Fertility Medical Unit as Medical Director In this role, you will take the medical lead and responsibility of products within our Medical Unit Fertility. You will align the medical strategy with other global functions, regions and key countries, and ensures the execution across the life-cycle of the asset. Also, you ensure all medical activities for the maintenance and enlargement of existing marketing authorizations and provide new scientific data to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the franchise diseases for the benefit of the patient. Guiding medical scientific communications as well as business franchise regarding the products and projects of your responsibility is something that you are passionate about. As a trusted partner for the external scientific community, you enable development and execution of scientific interaction plans with external experts, patient association group, health authorities and payers. You can work your magic remotely within the EMEA region for this position

**Who you are**:

- Doctor in Medicine (Medical Degree) or alternatively advanced Scientific Degree (PhD or equivalent)
- Preferred Specialist in Obstetrics Gynaecology with clinical hands-on AND research experience in diagnosis and treatment of human infertility, including medically assisted reproduction and reproductive surgery
- Deep medical knowledge of human reproductive medicine, including reproductive endocrinology, assisted reproductive technology and the major conditions associated with human infertility and reproductive dysfunction.
- Strong Knowledge in the area of Gonadotropins/GnRH agonists, Progesterone molecules, Mode of Action, Clinical efficacy/safety
- Proven track record of high quality publications in international peer reviewed journals in the area of reproductive medicine/biology
- Ability to analyze, present and publish medical results
- Ability to translate strategy into study questions and develop effective study synopsis as basis for full protocol
- Strong team player with a creative mind, pro-active and capable of influencing cross-functional groups
- Knowledge of medical, clinical, regulatory and legal concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills both oral and written in English
